1. Overview
SaaSInter is a marketplace that connects founders selling internet businesses with prospective buyers. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms. SaaSInter is a venue for introductions and deal coordination; we are not a broker, escrow agent, financial advisor, or party to any transaction between users.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
3. Listings and seller obligations
Sellers must present truthful revenue, profit, traffic, and ownership information, and must be legally able to transfer the asset offered. Every submission is manually reviewed before it goes live, but review is not a guarantee, audit, or endorsement. Listings that are misleading, duplicated, or contain placeholder content may be edited or removed.
4. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are solely responsible for their own due diligence before making an offer or completing a purchase. Metrics shown on the platform are supplied by sellers and, where available, supported by connected third-party sources. Nothing on SaaSInter constitutes investment advice.
5. Fees
Listing on SaaSInter is 100% free with $0 upfront. A flat 6% success fee on the final sale price is charged only when a business sells through the platform. Escrow and payment processing costs are charged separately by trusted third-party partners.
6. Confidentiality
Certain listing details are released only after a non-disclosure agreement is signed. You agree not to redistribute confidential seller information obtained through the platform.
7. Prohibited use
Do not scrape the platform, circumvent fees on deals originated here, impersonate others, upload malicious files, or use SaaSInter for unlawful activity.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSInter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any transaction between a buyer and a seller.
9. Changes
These pre-launch terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
