1. What we collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, password credentials handled by our authentication provider), the content you submit such as listings, messages, offers, and documents, and basic technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to run the marketplace: authenticating you, publishing and reviewing listings, delivering messages between buyers and sellers, coordinating deals, preventing abuse, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. What other users see
Published listing content is public. Your contact details and private financial documents are shared only with counterparties you engage with — for example after an inquiry, a signed NDA, or inside a deal room.
4. Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and escrow coordination. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to records is restricted by row-level security rules so users can only reach data they are entitled to. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
6. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile, edit or unpublish your listings, and request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
